Nadmitov, Ivanov & Partners represented the interests of the assignee company under the assignment agreement in two court disputes regarding the recovery of a forfeit resulting from a delay in the transfer of a shared construction object and a fine for non-satisfaction of claims on a voluntary basis. The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region partially satisfied the claim: it collected a penalty from the developer for the delay in the transfer of the shared construction object, and refused to collect the fine.
