On November 30, 2024, Alexander Nadmitov, Managing Partner of the firm, delivered a report titled “Modern Technologies and Competition” at the meeting of the Scientific Advisory Council (SAC) on Legal, Psychological, and Socio-Economic Issues of Society under the UN RAS.
Alexander’s presentation focused on the development of financial technologies and competition issues. During his speech, he highlighted key aspects of antitrust policy in the financial sector, discussed the Central Bank of Russia's infrastructure projects and their impact on competition in financial services, particularly in payments, and addressed the increasing share of marketplaces. Additionally, Alexander shared an analysis of international experiences and provided insights into competition in the field of digital payments.
