Bulat Tugutov, partner of the Firm, and Denis Kabatov, head of the Baikal office of the Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners Law Firm, took part in the National scientific-practical conference "The power of the law is in its execution: theory and practice of issues of enforcement of the court decisions that have entered into force", which took place on 4 April 2023 in the Irkutsk Regional State Universal Scientific Library named after Molchanov-Sibirsky, organized by the East Siberian branch of the Russian State University of Justice.
The conference was attended by representatives of the Central Office of the Federal Bailiff Service and its regional divisions in the Republic of Buryatia, the Irkutsk Region, the Nizhny Novgorod Region and St. Petersburg, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Irkutsk Region and the Baikal Interregional Environmental Prosecutor’s Office, the Irkutsk Regional Court, Deposit Insurance Agency State Corporation, Gazprom Energo LLC and other organizations, as well as the faculty of the Buryat State University named after D. Banzarov, Russian State University of Justice, VSI MIA of Russia, Irkutsk Law Institute (branch) of the University of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation and Baikal State University.
Denis Kabatov, head of the Baikal office of the company, presented a report on the topic “Administrative and criminal law consequences of the debtor's failure to comply with the requirements of court decisions” from the Nadmitov, Ivanov and Partners Law Firm at the conference.
Within the framework of the event, there was a discussion of theoretical and applied problems related to various stages of enforcement of court decisions, including issues of ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of economic entities, execution of non-property enforcement documents, bringing debtors to administrative and criminal liability in enforcement proceedings.
