Edourd Faizoulline became part of Nadmitov, Ivanov & Partners team as a Councelor on intellectual property rights & practice.

Edouard is a Patent attorney of Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) and has wide expirience in intellectual property practice, namely:

  • consulting clients on intellectual property rights, author rights and means of individualization;
  • development of internal documents  in the field of intellectual property, including those regulating the relations “author – employer”;
  • preparing and submitting to the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) applications for the grant of a patent for an invention, utility model, industrial design, as well as applications for the state registration of a computer program and database;
  • preparation of draft agreements on the disposal of the right to receive a patent and an exclusive right (on alienation of the right to receive a patent, on alienation of the exclusive right, licensing, on pledging an exclusive right, on changing the composition of patent holders, etc.), on performing R & D, labor contracts regarding ownership rights to obtain a patent and exclusive rights, agreements on joint activities.
